Before You Arrive
Prior to your visit, you’ll be asked to complete a medical history assessment questionnaire. Our professional coordinators will then provide you with appointment confirmation and a complete schedule for your visit.

Personal Service
On the day of your arrival, your personal representative will greet and escort you to the Executive Health suite. He or she will also accompany you to appointments and assist you throughout the day. Amenities include:

  • Continental lunch and breakfast
  • Executive Lounge (telephone, Internet, beverage services)
  • Interpreter services, if required
  • On-site parking

Medical Consultations
You’ll meet first with your personal Executive and Preventive Health physician for a medical history and physical examination. Then, your personalized testing may include:

  • Laboratory screening tests
  • Comprehensive eye examination at the Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute
  • Audiogram
  • Electrocardiogram (resting)
  • Prostate exam and prostate specific antigen (PSA) testing for men
  • Gynecological examination and PAP smear for women
  • Breast imaging
  • Chest radiography
  • Pulmonary function testing
  • Hemoccult testing
  • Nutritional assessment
  • Vaccination review

Additional elective testing or consultations may include:

  • Abdominal ultrasound
  • Colon cancer screening
  • Computerized tomography scanning (if medically indicated)
  • Body fat analysis
  • Bone density assessment
  • Exercise counseling
  • Exercise stress electrocardiogram testing
  • Gynecology consult
  • Travel medicine consult

Plan for the Future
At the end of the day, you’ll meet once again with your physician to review your test results and develop a health care plan for the future. We’ll also send you a comprehensive summary of your evaluation, including your health status and recommendations.
